In our 1-1 sessions we’ll get you moving with more strength, fluidity, joy and wisdom
~ both on and off the mat.
Together we’ll decode your unique movement patterns — what’s working well for you and where we can bring in fresh, nutritious ways for you to move your body. We’ll explore what kinds of issues you’ve got going on in your tissues, and figure out what exercises help you feel better and how to utilize them outside of our sessions. Your stories will be listened to; your questions answered. Each session ends by establishing a clear plan of action for your next steps. Whether you're dedicated to your daily homework or you prefer quick little moves you can sprinkle into your very busy day ~ we'll figure out ways for you to keep progressing. Your way.
One-to-One Sessions are available online and in-person at your home, within 15 minutes of Yarmouth, Maine.
